STATE OF BEING

IN A WORLD FULL OF CHAOS, WHERE CAN YOU GO FOR PEACE AND SOLITUDE. MANY LOOK TO THEIR OUTSIDE PHYSICAL WORLD FOR COMFORT, FOR THINGS, EXPERIENCES AND PEOPLE TO MAKE THEM FEEL BETTER. BUT THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE THAT LIVE HAPPILY THAT HAVE VERY LITTLE IN THE FORM OF MATERIAL POSSESSIONS. WHILE USING OUTSIDE PHYSICAL POSSESSIONS OR PEOPLE MAY WORK IN THE INTERN BUT USUALLY FEELINGS OF DISCONTENT CREEP BACK IN. SO WE TEND TO TRY HARDER, PADDLE UPSTREAM HARDER TO GET RID OF NEGATIVE FEELINGS, BY TRYING TO FIX AND CONTROL THE ENVIRONMENT AROUND US. HOWEVER THE OUTSIDE WORLD AND OUR PHYSICAL REALITY IS ONLY A REFLECTION OF OUR INTERNAL STATE OF BEING. OUR PHYSICAL REALITY THAT WE EXPERIENCE IS A DIRECT REFLECTION OF OUR INTERNAL STATE OF BEING. THE KEY TO HAVING A DIFFERENT MORE DESIRED EXPERIENCE IN THIS PHYSICAL REALITY IS TO TURN INWARD AND TURN OUR ATTENTION TO OUR STATE OF BEING. THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF WORKING ON CHANGING YOUR STATE OF BEING IS UNDERSTANDING WHAT YOUR CURRENT STATE OF BEING IS. WHAT IS STATE OF BEING. IT IS HOW YOU FEEL RIGHT NOW. DO YOU FEEL HAPPY AND EXCITED OR DO YOU FEEL ANXIOUS AND WORRIED OR MAYBE YOU FEEL FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY. SPENDING TIME IN THE NOW (THIS MOMENT RIGHT NOW) ASSESSING HOW YOU FEEL, AND NOT DWELLING ON THE PAST OR WORRYING ABOUT THE FUTURE IS THE FIRST STEP TO BECOMING MORE MINDFULL. WHY IS MINDFULNESS IMPORTANT, BECAUSE THE MORE MINDFULL YOU ARE ABOUT YOUR CURRENT STATE OF BEING YOU WILL GAIN CLARITY ABOUT THE WORLD AROUND YOU AND HOW YOU INTERACT WITH THIS WORLD, GREATER MINDFULNESS WILL REVEAL THAT YOU HAVE POWER WITH IN AND NOT BE SO READY TO SUCCUMB TO THE PERCEIVED POWER THAT IS OUT THERE IN YOUR ENVIRONMENT.
